Kim's calmer head prevailed, and I did actually offer them a boat, paddles and a life jacket. After a bit of bickering about who was the captain of the ship, they soon discovered that they had to work together.
Suprise, no more bickering, and only desires to do some more paddling before the sun went down.
Glad they made the loop through the inlet safely. Otherwise, if they would have drifted down to the Bay, dad would have been up a creek without a paddle!
